Blake made the whole rental experience easy and efficient! What great customer service! He was attentive and helpful. The car was clean and perfect for our weekend travels. We've rented from this facility before and have never been disappointed. We're looking forward to renting again next month. Avis will take care of our needs!
so this place takes our money, then when we show up to get the car they say her credit is not good enough.....now we have to wait for over $200 to be refunded? Sounds like a scam to me, do NOT trust this company!!
Horrible! I made reservations over 2 months ago through Expedia and was never once told that a credit check would be done. After planning a week long trip to Florida with my 4 kids, I have to cancel because my credit score is 4 points too low to rent the car. The owner of the place could not do anything to help me. I will never deal with this company again. Sorry kids no Florida!!
