Older black guy with the glasses Harold i believe needs to get a different job he has zero knowledge zero personality and is beyond rude. He made me feel like he had something better to do ignored my questions just clerked me and walked away . I always went to game stop for my new release games but im going to go some where elese. Funny thing i was talking to my neighbor about this guy and he knew exactly who i was talking about from his own dealings in the past and thats why he won't shop there now.
People here were fun to talk to, really enjoys it you can tell.
Nothing wrong with the location or people, it's just what you would expect...but c'mon Gamestop, it's time to price match! It wouldn't be a problem if Gamestop prices were the lowest, but you can often get a brand new copy of a game for less than a Gamestop used copy of the same game. Hoping y'all don't become an Amazon showroom, but it's looking this way.
Nice staff and we found what we needed. The sales floor is way TOO crowded with products. It was hard to maneuver and there weren't a lot of customers in there. I can't imagine what would happen in an emergency.
Sells defective pre-owned merchandise and then when I go in very politely and try to get a store credit or exchange Harold was rude and didn't even attempt to help in any way. I would not recommend going there for any pre-owned items.
