The expert was able to unlock an old skeleton lock door that leads to my front porch on our 100+ year-old house and give me a key as well. The price was reasonable for the amount of time he spent on it and coming out--$125 and I was happy the lock didn't have to be cut out and replaced. The man was nice and on time for the appointment as well. I will go in at a later date to get a copy of the key which he said runs about $8 for that type of skeleton key. Overall I thought the service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
Three visits and the key they cut still didn't work. They refunded the cost of the key, but it cost me three times as much in fuel making repeat visits and still no key or a solution. I doubt I'll use them again.

I called today to get the locks on all doors changed at my house. They said a locksmith will be at the property in 15 minutes. I got there 20 minutes, and the locksmith was already there waiting for me. He changed 8 locks and got the job done in 50 minutes... 10 minutes under the 1 hour he had given. The cost was $225 (8 locks and 2 sets of keys). Fast and reliable service.
