I called early in the morning relating my problem to a courteous lady. She gave two choices for visits that morning. I took the early time 8-10 a.m. I received a call about an hour later describing their delay and withing 30 minutes I received a call from the dispatcher that a repairman was on his way. He was very courteous, clean and efficient. I interacted with him by offering some tongs to grasp the tube from the tp holder that had lodged in the toilet. It worked and the job was finished in approximately a half hour. He noted that the tank was loose and tightened the bolts on it also.
scheduled an online appointment on a sunday afternoon, a nice young lady called me within 30 minutes to confirm my appointment for the next day. The next day the service technician arrived within 30 minutes of the phone contact and had my problem cleared up within 45 minutes with good advice on keeping the drain cleared of obstructions, well worth the cost
I have no comparison to make on the charges, but my problem was solved quickly. Everyone was courteous and efficient.
