I contracted with Accredited Roofing in or about August 2017. When their sub contractor delivered the materials to my roof damage was done to the framing of my roof structure. Accredited went ahead and replaced the roof and pushed me off on their sub contractor. It is now mid November and I am still trying to get my roof (which will/could collapse) repaired. In the process of getting other contractors to look at this situation (which is going to cost approximately $40K to fix) it was discovered that the roof venting was not installed properly. Although they have offered to fix it, the entire roof has to be torn off and re-done to correct the damage done to my home. Accredited has been unhelpful, unprofessional and unwilling to help me in resolving this matter.
UPDATE: Company Response that they filed a claim with their ins is in my opinion A LIE!!! They did tell me, when I pressed them, that they "began involvement of their Ins company". However, they could not provide me with a claim number and told me their Ins Broker advised them against filing a claim. They at that point provided me with her contact information. I called her and gave her the details of the situation to which she replied "I did not tell them that & they left out some of these details". She (the ins broker) then initiated a claim on my behalf! NOT ACCREDITED! As I believe I stated above Accredited hindered resolution and was very unhelpful and unprofessional. As they continue to refuse any reimbursement for services I contracted them to do and they did not provide. BEWARE!!!
Steve called me less than a minute after my online inquiry. Though I set up bid with three companies, Steve was the only person who came when he said he was coming. He did a full replacement on the roof of a house we are about to list. I was so happy with his service that I used him a week later to make repairs to the roof of our new house. Steve is one of those 10% people who do what they say they're going to do and takes pride in the work he does. He's friendly and trustworthy. He took videos of the completed work so I could see what I was paying for. I highly recommend accredited roofing. I wouldn't use anyone else!
The owner, Steve, is extremely quick to respond and very helpful. There were a couple issues I pointed out with the quality of the work, but Steve was quick to send someone out to repair properly. My only suggestion would be to notify the customer a day or two ahead of time each time someone is coming out to do work.
Had some problems with my chimney and had Steve come out to look at it. Steve gave me an estimate and completed the work the following week. I was impressed with the work. Glad to have them complete the project. I would recommend his company.
This is the second time we have used Kangaroof in eight years due to hail damage. Steve is very professional and personable. His foreman, Chris, is very knowledgeable and does great work. We recommended him to our neighbors and daughter also. Steve was very accommodating and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction.
