Pleasant staff. Very attentive and speedy. I love going in to this location even though I'm not a people's person whatsoever.

Business area clean and neat. People pleasant and curious, good humor. Books as expected. Tech books short of supply. Coffee wasn't great. Bathroom needed clean and repair.

Helpful staff. Clean and a great place to meet friends for a cup of coffee and discuss a book or work on school projects.

So mad!! We needed a book for a class project. After searching the school and town libraries, I went online to check the availability at our local Barnes and Noble store. They had the book and it was $5 so I went in to the store and was told they didn't have the book. She searched the website and said we had to order it and it would take 3-4 business days. On the third day I called to see if the book was in and was told the book had not been ordered because it was a pay to print version. However, they had the book in store if I'd like that version. Ugghhhh! I asked her to hold the book and I'd be right in. When I got there, they charged me $10 because the $5 promotion had just ended. What more does a customer have to do to support a local brick and mortar store, when they obviously don't appreciate their customers !!! Next time I'll just use Amazon!!

One of my favorite places to go. Good book selections, good staff, and the fact that there's a Starbucks with a seating area inside here just makes it that much better. I used to grab a book off the shelf and read for a few hours right there in the store.
