Visiting from out of town, found it on Yelp. My 3 year old had to use bathroom....they refuse saying it was for employees only. We had to walk to Shoe Carnival for restroom, which was 7 stores down. They weren't apologetic or even a slight bit concern. So much for customer service.
Nice clothes especially for boys
The store was unorganized
Do not take your kids there, they won't even let a little 2 year old use the bathroom. We went there on Saturday, June 1st to buy shoes and clothes. The sales people were standing around gossiping about their personal lives and when my husband asked if our boy could use the bathroom, they said no, it's not a public restroom. I get not letting someone off the street use it. But seriously, we're customers and he's 2 years old!!! Thank goodness he didn't have an accident and pee on their floor.
