Products are fair but the customer service is severely lacking....do you train guest service? Do you coach your staff? Never does an employee greet you or offer assistance. The check out lines are the worst...as staff stand and talk to each other while I wait to purchase merchandise... no acknowledgment, no apology for the wait ...this was the third time I got fed up waiting to pay. There was no line...it was just me waiting for staff to cash me out. I dropped the items I was going to purchase and left...I can waste my money anywhere but prefer to go where staff is happy to take my money ... poorly functioning establishment to say the least...simple manners go a long way...maybe I am invisible which is why they ignore me?
I love the dress selection here! Sometimes you have to scan areas that aren't your size because people try to hide things or simply put them back in the wrong area. The employees are usually really friendly and some of the folks who work the changing room are a real hoot! The prices really can't be beat, and Ross has become a kind of weekly addiction for me. I know a lot of people say that the lines are long and they don't have enough registers open, but I've never experienced that issue. I've never been in a line more than 3 people long. I will say that some of the cashier's aren't the speediest at their job, but they don't double charge me and I could use a few more calories burned from standing, so I don't mind that much. I wouldn't really buy kids clothes here though, unless it was for a special occasion. The prices are a bit high when you consider how fast kids grow, and they aren't any more or less fashionable than you would find anywhere else. Sometimes you can def grab good deals on toys, so I keep an eye out when I'm there for things that could make good gifts for birthdays/holidays. Overall I really enjoy shopping at Ross.
Reasonable prices. Nice selections to choose from. Go when they are not 'busy" because you will be stuck in the isles.
Ross has truly changed from when it first open haven't been in a while and I want be going back for a while really didn't have anything that interest me
Like all Ross stores, I never find ehat I'm looking for, but find something even cooler. The staff were very helpful in aiding in the search for my lost phone
