They are not good listener's! I told them I wanted the protection plan on all of my ne furniture. They forgot to put it on the ticket. I come to pick my furniture up. They don't have all my items I am very disappointed with their services and do not recommend anyone shop there.
Goodwill furniture has better quality furniture than Home Decor Liquidators furniture. A few of the sales people have arrogant attitudes. The sales people work like that are trying to make a quick drug sell. They are not interested in keeping there customers happy. They are just interested in the customers money. You are not allowed to take back or exchange items because they know there items are very poor quality.
Found out they over charged me for the bdrm set and then we get it home and unpavk it to find all kind of nicks and scratches on it. Still trying to get satisfaction. I would not recommend shopping at this establishment for NOTHING.
Only reason I am giving them two stars is because Rudy is always nice and very helpful. Other then that they are rude and the product suck. My couch feet where messed up when i got it and they gave me the run around about it. It also had a rip in the couch but they act as if it was my fault and there was nothing they could do. I bought a bed and within a week the mattress was sinking in. I called about it and they where very rude. I started a claim in sept and just now got my credit in Feb to get something else. I much rather had my money back but of course they don't want to that. Eric is very rude he always has a little smart remark and does not care if you have a problem or not. His favorite line is there is nothing I can do about it. I will never shop here again.

I originally placed my furniture I lay a way about 6 months ago, then I read the reviews which made me nervous about something I had already put my money toward... But I didn't back out since I was already $900 into my purchase, so now it's paid off and its delivered and set up I'm just as happy with my selection today as I was then... When buying furniture you get what you paid for if you spend a little you'll get a piece of furniture that will last a little while, the more you spend the better your quality.
