I left after having my workout. Will NEVER return to this particular Kohl’s. Ever!!
Very good selection of producte and clothing. Very clean and neat. If you watch the sales and discounts you will often times save ten to 50 percent. We do so regularly.
Only one store employee on the floor. Appeared to be 16yo. When asking this person where to find the replacement items. He had no idea. Called someone else, who gave him directions that he could not relay to me.
I had to do an order for something that they didn't have in store right now. I had to do it on the kiosk. I had no idea how to do this. A VERY nice saleslady named Joan came and took her time to help me and we got the order placed and I got free shipping too. She was a very nice lady that went above and beyond to help me. These are the things that make people want to come back and shop again at Kohl's.
