The shop was very clean and organized. The customer service was very poor and a huge let down. I came in to return shoes that I had ordered online from New Balance. I waited for almost 10 mins to be helped. Nobody really acknowledged I was waiting. A lady finally came to help me. She then informed me that she could not return the shoes because the store did not carry this exact product. I was very confused because I ordered them from the New Balance website, how could this New Balance store not be able to return them for me. She explained that the store is a franchise and doesn't carry the product in the store, there for unable to return them. What store doesn't return their own product? She was not helpful and did not direct me in how I needed to return them, since the store wouldn't accept them. I was very upset and disappointed because I took time out of my day off and traveled 30 mins to the store thinking I would be able to return these New Balance shoes....at a New Balance store. Needless to say, I won't be returning to the store.
Store was clean, but the staff weren't very friendly. Kind of rude. Walked out after less than 2 minutes due to rudeness of staff. Bought my New Balance shoes elsewhere.
Travelled here to get shoes to fit over my sons dafos. Staff were extremely helpful and really friendly and made a huge fuss of our son. Thank you so much

Called first to verify they had a pair of 4E trail running shoes in stock, drove there only to be told by the manager that they don't and I'd get the shoes faster by ordering online. When I get home I find out that those shoes are sold out online in 4E!
