Lying scammers. I was told I could wear the watch out for a month and if I changed my mind, I would have a hassle-free return.
Went engagement ring shopping here and had a wonderful experience. The 2 ladies that helped us (Gina and will update with the other name) were by far amazing. They helped us choose the ring very patiently and guided us in the right direction and showed us exactly what we were looking for. We are first time Helzberg customers and are completely satisfied.
The watch was a display watch, so of course it had some scuffs on it from other people wearing it out and being handled at the store.
Helzberg Diamonds are wonderful! I promise it is worth the trip and the money they by far have the most beautiful selection of diamonds and engagement rings. I went with my friend to pick out his future fiance's wedding ring and we went in and told them what he was looking for and what his price range was and instead of heading straight back to the back and pulling out a 3,000 dollar ring they pulled down a nice 1500 dollar ring and started from there. Very sweet and caring staff. (the lady with the accent is wonderful I did not catch her name but she is wonderful) They knew I had a boyfriend and even took the time to find me a pretty maybe engagement ring! PERFECT PLACE FOR ENGAGEMENT!
My husband and I have purchased from helzberg for many years and was pretty happy with the jewelry and customer service in the past. My husband purchased a band for me for Valentine's day and they were out of all the smaller sizes, so he purchased a size 7 and they told him if I brought it back, they would size it for free. The first time I brought it in they told me they send it out to be sized and it would take 2 weeks, but if I brought it in in the beginning of the week it wouldn't take as long (i believe they send out on Wednesdays). I brought it in again and the woman was extremely rude, acting like I was inconvienving her when no one else was in the store. I explained the situation and she told me they never ever size for free and that it would cost me 40 dollars. When I told her that's not what we were told when the ring was purchased she said there was nothing she could do. I will never buy anything from them again if this is how they handle thier customers. They have lost some long time costumers with this family!
When I went to return it, I was not only told I couldn't but they also blamed me for the marks. I should've taken pictures.
Filthy dishonest salespeople.
