Well come to find out they don't have our 6,000 dollar ring. And we STILL HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON IT when it was their fault for not doing their job and on top of that losing it!

When I went in that day to get it fixed there was only one person there, that I saw, and he never gave me ANYTHING to show proof that we gave it to them. I didn't know we needed anything like that? This is my first time getting a ring how am I supposed to know that.
